Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Database Specialist to design and manage robust data solutions that support business needs and drive operational efficiency. This position requires strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and centralized data management. The ideal candidate will excel in optimizing data operations, building reusable modules, and utilizing advanced tools like data lakes and CDPs to enhance data-driven decision-making and business competitiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Design and manage SQL databases and develop efficient data models.
• Build and maintain ETL processes to ensure smooth data flow and integration.
• Consolidate data into a centralized data storage system/CRM based on business requirements.
• Independently design and implement data modules/schemas to streamline day-to-day data operations, ensuring compatibility with third-party CRMs.
• Standardize and manipulate large sets of flat files into structured data for seamless integration into target platforms.
• Leverage data strategically to improve business processes and gain a competitive advantage.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of customer data and recommend new tools to enhance business performance.
• Contribute to data lake and CDP initiatives for future engagement and scalability.
• Write, optimize, and debug SQL queries and stored procedures for data normalization and performance enhancement.
• Troubleshoot and improve platforms and processes to enhance performance
